"Just as a farmer patiently waits for the harvest, so it has been so with us here in Mt. Elgon. We have been waiting for our project to return back the first fruits of the goats we gave out last year.
"It was a joy that last week we received four goats from four ladies who were the custodians of the goat project you gave us last year. They returned the firstborn kids of goats back to us so as to benefit other ladies.
"It was a wonderful exercise filled with joy and enthusiasm. Ladies have high self-esteem and feel they can handle issues on their own without being overly dependent. We blessed another group of four ladies with the goats we received.
